We are moving to a new creative rehearsal space in the Music Buiding at 584 8th Avenue starting April 16. Rehearsals in April are Thursdays from 6 to 10pm, $25 - $30 (slidding scale). Brazilian Master percussionist Ivo Araujo teaches the most swinging samba rhythms, which he learned from his years of playing in favelas, blocos, and famous samba schools in Rio de Janeiro.
Learn drumming, sing sambas in Portugese. Drums provided.
