From to the Winter Olympics, I have been thinking a lot about hockey lately. I love the different conversations that both the fictional and real life hockey have sparked and the different gender dynamics it reveals. If you are also excited to be part of this conversation I hope you will join the amazing group of panelists and I brining together this Wednesday April 29 at 6pm EST. 🏒 Link in bio 🏒 The program is virtual and completely free. Our panelists: Frankie de la Cretaz is an award-winning independent journalist whose work focuses on the intersection of sports and gender. They are the co-author of Hail Mary: The Rise and Fall of the National Women’s Football League, and write the q***r sports newsletter Out of Your League. Their writing has been featured in the New York Times, The Atlantic, Sports Illustrated, and more.
Kimberly B. Davis is the Senior Executive Vice President, Social Impact, Growth Initiatives & Legislative Affairs at the National Hockey League. As President of the NHL Foundation, she leads strategic funding and philanthropic investments aimed at community development, health and wellness, and promoting diversity and inclusion within the sport across North America.
Tera Hofmann is a former professional hockey player and Yale University graduate from Toronto, ON.
