x denkFEmale verwendet Augmented Reality (AR) und Sound, um digitale Monumente von Frauen und transPersonen den physischen männlichen Skulpturen der Stadt gegenüberzustellen.

Das Projekt wird von Extended Reality Ensemble - XRE und seiner Partnerin denkFEmale organisiert und kuriert.

Vom 1. bis zum 31. Oktober finden die Zuschauer:innen die Skulpturen-Paarungen bzw. die Plätze der AR- und Sound-Monumente online auf einer interaktiven Landkarte Münchens und über Schilder mit QR-Codes im öffentlichen Raum.

Bei der Vernissage führt Münchens zweite Bürgermeisterin Katrin Habenschaden in das Thema ein, die die Schirmpatenschaft für die digitale Ausstellung übernommen hat. Auch die Kuratorinnen und einige Künstlerinnen werden zu Wort kommen und einen Dialog anregen.
