My arms are so sore today after doing this series! This is a current favorite of mine to teach in classes. I love teaching progressions that gradually start to challenge your balance. The students feel safer, & they can opt to stay sitting if they’re having a day where balancing on a moving machine doesn’t feel safe. Progressions allow the students to meet their bodies where they’re at that day. I did yoga up in the clouds today. It was magical! 1,250 feet up. 102 stories high. An hour with the clouds at One World Trade Center. The classes mantra was peace amongst people, which on this site was extra meaningful. #nycbucketlisters #yoga #oneworldtradecenter #nycyoga

My upper body was very happy and very sore after this series. This series is focused on Back extension, shoulder mobility and arm/upper back strengthening.
