It can feel challenging at first especially if it’s new, but that’s exactly why it’s so good. Lagree is low impact, slow, and incredibly intentional, so every movement works your muscles deeper without beating up your joints.
Yes, you’ll feel the burn… but you’ll also see from the results why it’s worth it. Trust me, you won’t regret. 💪🏽

Consistent oblique work shapes your side abs, supports your core, and even improves posture! These are the kinds of moves that build strength over time, not overnight.
Even if you’re just starting out, aim for 10–12 reps per move, 2–3 sets, even just once a week. Stay consistent, focus on form, and you will see results!

Grateful for the bodies moved, the lives touched, and the people who showed up in sessions, in prayer, in laughter, and in love.
This year brought lessons, growth, and the Big 5 with a little…. o. What once felt intimidating now feels empowering. Still learning. Still growing. Still strong. And clearly stepping into a new era. 🔥
Verse 5 isn’t about perfection, it’s about alignment. Training the body, transforming the mindset, and honoring the journey every step of the way.
