“Is my baby too young for class⁉️”
We hear this question all the time, and honestly, we get it. It’s easy to think that when babies are really little, classes are “just for the parents.” 👯
👉But here’s the truth:
Your baby is learning from everything, especially in their first year.
From hearing new songs🎶 and vocabulary📚 to experiencing new environments🏫 to practicing early communication skills…🗣️
These moments are doing more than you think👍🏼
They’re building the foundation for:
✨ Language
✨ Learning
✨ Social connection
✨ Confidence
So NO! your baby is not too young. It’s the most important time to start ✅
And yes, meeting other parents is a bonus 🤍
🤷♀️If you’ve been thinking about trying a class, this is your sign. Comment your baby’s age below⤵️ and we’ll tell you which class is the best fit or DM us to get started!

If your child says “poon” for spoon or “tar” for car, read this👇
It’s actually a common part of speech development.
🗣️As children learn to talk, they often simplify sounds and word patterns. These patterns are called phonological processes, and they’re a normal part of learning speech. Most of them fade as children get older and their speech becomes more refined.
Swipe through to learn⤵️
✨ Common phonological processes (like fronting, cluster reduction, and final consonant deletion)
✨ When certain speech sounds typically develop
✨ Signs it might be time to consider a speech & language evaluation
☝️Remember: these are general guidelines, not strict rules. Every child develops at their own pace.
💪But it may be helpful to speak with a speech-language pathologist if your child:
-gets frustrated trying to communicate
-avoids certain words or sounds
-is difficult for others to understand outside of immediate family

Not all screen time is created equal 👀📱
Do you know the difference between active vs passive screen time?
At Look Who’s Talking, we believe screen time should support communication, not replace it. When used intentionally, screen time can be a powerful tool for connection and language growth.
🎥 Our on-demand classes promote active screen time by encouraging:
✔️ Talking, not just watching
✔️ Imitation, turn-taking & interaction
✔️ Adult participation for maximum language growth
✔️ Skills that transfer off the screen and into everyday life
🫶🏼Perfect for real life moments — plane rides, cold days indoors, sick days, or life on the go ✈️❄️🤧
❄️🌸☀️🍁Classes are sorted by season so you can press play when it works for you, while still giving your child the language-rich interaction they need to grow and communicate confidently.
💛 Because when screens are used with purpose, they can truly support development.

Wondering when to start Look Who’s Talking? 👶💬
🤫Here’s the secret- it’s never too early!
👶🏼Babies are building the foundations for communication long before their first words through listening, gestures, play, and connection✨
🥰Our classes support all of those early skills while giving caregivers practical tools to boost language at home.
🗣️We recommend joining around 6 months (with Tiny Talkers starting at ~4 months!).
Join us in building early communication! One song, one sound, and one smile at a time💛
