JOIN US in the upcoming conversation between Prof Tony Anghie, Head of TRILA Programme at Centre for International Law (CIL), and USALI's faculty director, Prof Jose Enrique Alvarez, on the topic of 'Rethinking the Teaching of International Law'.
Prof Anghie will reflect on the work of the Teaching and Researching International Law in Asia (TRILA) Programme, which has helped build a vibrant and supportive community of international law scholars across Asia. He will also share his thoughts on the evolution and impact of TRILA, and on the broader effort to rethink how international law is taught and researched. The conversation will also situate these developments within wider Global South initiatives and the growing role of Asian scholars in reshaping the discipline.
