We’re in the mood for love 💗 and pink pasta! We added a touch of beet purée to our classic pasta dough recipe for our students to create this gorgeous pink farfalle and fettuccine in our couples Valentine’s Day class. Paired with a deliciously aromatic browned butter and sage sauce, and topped with freshly grated Parmesan, it’s perfect for a Valentine’s Day dinner 🥂 complete with Prosecco and lots of sweet treats!

Friends, what a year! We’ve been quiet on Instagram but busy pivoting and creating.

We rung in the year with our usual bustle and hustle of bespoke cooking classes (on-location chocolate truffles, hand-folded dumplings and sushi, to name a few) and when the pandemic hit, we shifted our classes online.
*
We virtually hosted guests from all over the world in free public cooking classes to help raise money to support our staff, as well as private custom events with curated meal kits delivered around the country.
*
We launched a prepared meal delivery service and many other exciting projects. COVID has dealt a significant blow to our industry and our team, and we’re thankful for the hope ahead. We can’t wait to get back to teaching you and hosting amazing culinary-focused events in 2021!

Thank you for sticking with us! Thank you to our amazing team who pivoted and worked hard to make our virtual and new ventures a success. It’s been a challenging month. We shut our doors in March but not our hearts, and we’ve been hard at work in two important ways:

1. We are committed to supporting our passionate, hard-working team. These chefs, kitchen assistants, event managers and porters are without income at this time, and we have been blessed with more than $2,000 of donations through our GoFundMe campaign (link in bio). Help us reach our goal of $10k, 100% of which will be allocated to our incredible hourly staff.
2. We have launched our virtual interactive experiences, bringing the same exciting food experience into your home, while we cook together every step of the way. Last week we were thrilled to partner with for a 🔥virtual cooking class for their residents featuring 's comforting lentil soup while maintaining social distancing and staying at home👨‍🍳

Residents virtually cooked alongside our head chef Ken using meal kits from that included all the ingredients needed to make this delicious soup. After going through knife skills basics we got cooking - boiling french lentils, caramelizing onions and tomato flavors, and adding spices. We finished the dish with a squeeze of lemon - yum!

It’s happening! Our live FREE virtual classes are filling up, and we’re seeing everyone getting busy in the kitchen 🙌

Tonight’s class featured handmade tagliatelle🍝, a daunting task in a normal cooking class, let alone a virtual one. And without pasta rollers! But being able to ask questions to Chef Ken live made it all possible, and delicious 😋
