There’s a great deal of work behind a confirmed clinical placement. 

Our placement coordinators spend hours speaking with sites and following up on the details that turn a possible opportunity into a real start date, because they know how much that confirmation means to the student waiting for it.

For Jacey C., that date is January 8, 2026. Her MRI clinical placement in Georgia is confirmed, and the next stage of her training now has somewhere real to begin.

These are the moments that make the late nights worth it for our team.

Brooklyn's review opens with something we hear often. She was nervous going in.

That’s a completely reasonable way to feel about advanced certification, especially the clinical portion, which most people assume they will have to organise themselves.

In her case the site was found for her and the rest was handled too. Every student is assigned a dedicated coordinator who manages placement every step of the way so the outreach and the paperwork never become the student's problem.

Knowing the learning material held up its end for her CT board preparation is critical, too. It’s a facet of the program we put just as much care into.

Coursework on its own doesn’t complete a certification, since ARRT requires documented clinical experience alongside it. It’s the second part where people going it alone tend to stall.

We wanted to share this review from Kelly, who recently completed her MRI program with us and is already weighing CT as her next credential.
