On this World Refugee Day, we are remembering the 79,5 million brave souls who are so strong, so loving, so creative, so resilient, and so...superhuman! We are spending the day reminding ourselves of the work we do and the commitment we have made towards supporting these super-humans to restore hope and to improve their quality of life. And though we are far away, we are spending the day sharing with them positivity, love, and compassion.
Join us in celebrating the refugees fighting on the frontlines of this pandemic:

Originally built for only 10,000 people, Dzaleka Refugee Camp In Malawi has now reached its absorption capacity with a 300% increase in the number of residents, currently 41,000 UNHCR-registered refugees. And this number is still on the rise, making the camp even more vulnerable during the current pandemic.
Help us support There Is Hope Malawi - an NGO founded by a refugee himself who is doing an incredible work for the Dzaleka community on the ground. There is Hope Malawi is seeking donations for their COVID-19 Appeal, aiming to supply food packs, soaps, and face masks to 1,500 households. With whatever you can, be it financial support or just positive energy, thoughts, and prayers, to be sent their way, please help the Dzaleka community fight against the spread of COVID-19. Please use this link to donate: https://charity.gofundme.com/o/en/campaign/dzalekacovid19
Thank you!
HAWT board members hope you and your loved ones are doing well, physically, mentally, and spiritually during this times!
