Happy Juneteenth folks

Happy Junteeth everyone. It’s a day of freedom and it’s very important that we center the youth in this battle for financial freedom. We need to encourage kids to dream, to use their imagination and observation skills and apply them to build businesses that solve problems they encounter in their neighborhoods. The kids need to be taught the true price of anything is freedom. We believe in the kids and have seemed to put power back in their hands through financial education. This was us back in 2019 at Variety Boys & Girls Club of Queens working with middle school kids to build a business and make a pitch in front of their peers and judges. Very proud of them!

This week we are launching our Edtech arm which we’ve been designing through the pandemic to utilize the curriculum we’ve tested and developed over the last 5 years, and apply all that we’ve learned working first hand with the youth we serve such as community, gamification, competition, simplification, reward and fun. Along with few other features to create financially literate teens. We are also turning our Instagram page fingem.io into the one stop hub for all things financial literacy so if you are an alum or have a teen in your life that you think will benefit please share and follow. Thank you.
