The most recent DRSB Online Workshop students crushed it! You can see their before-and-after drawings here. https://www.drawright.com/before-after It's a five-day process, all conducted virtually. The master instructor, Brian Bomeisler, has the students draw a self-portrait on Day One. He then leads them methodically through the DRSB methods developed by Betty Edwards. There are a series of drawing exercises and instruction in Days One through Four, and at the end, the students draw another self-portrait. The results are always amazing, as can be seen here.

From Betty Edwards and Brian Bomeisler: Happy Holidays to all DRSB students, past and future, and to all fans of Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain!

This student’s composition is cleverly laid out, with the box breaking the boundary on the bottom right side and the frame of a photo peaking into the top left corner. It creates a lovely evenness and two interest points for the drawing
