There are only 32,500 IBCLCs (International Board Certified Lactation Consultants) worldwide (as of 2020) 🌎 and those of us who are in private practice rely on referrals to keep our businesses chugging along. COVID has drastically affected most of our businesses when supporting new families and helping to feed babies is more important than ever before.⁣

My amazing mom has had a grandma day each week with my kids (and when my eldest was a baby she had a day and a half!), and for many years, my father in law had an afternoon with my kids.
