1931 - "Tiger Rag" by The Washboard Rhythm Kings
An interpretation virtually out of control, screaming vocals, a strange roaring tiger and a washboard aggressive. This recording represents many jag skiffle bands and music groups had the same feeling wild and rebellious rock and the original roll.

1922 - "My Daddy Rocks Me (with One Steady Roll Good)" by Trixie Smith.
Although it was played with a "backbeat" and had one of the first letters in the style "around the clock", this slow blues is anything but rock and roll in the modern sense. Moreover, the title certainly underlines the original sexual meaning of "rock and roll" as opposed to religious "rock and roll".

This is clearly religious song.
