Sixty-eight parents, guests, and administrators attended the Parents Reception on November 18, 2009 in the President's Residence. Dr. George Campbell Jr. expressed his appreciation for parents support. Professor Sarah Lowengard gave an engaging presentation about the perception of technology. Parents Council co-chair Guy Mascioli encouraged parents to participate in Council activities and to support the institution.

Sixty-two parents, guests, and administrators attended the Parents Reception on December 11, 2008 in the President's residence. Dr. George Campbell Jr. thanked the parents for their support. Professor Peter Buckley, associate professor of the Humanities and Social Sciences, gave an engaging presentation about Peter Cooper running for president. The event was very well received by all.
