I spent the first 25 years of my life learning how to win. The next 10 taught me how to win without sacrificing my life to do it.
I was always an overachiever... until I burned out.
For the first time in my life, working harder couldn't be the answer.
I had to completely rethink what I believed success required, and how to accomplish it.
That was when things really clicked.
I didn't need to be less ambitious.
I needed to stop assuming ambition required me to give more and more of myself to work.
Today, I work part-time hours, make more money, run my own company, speak on stages around the world AND get to be present for my family.
I built a bigger career AND a bigger life.
And for nearly 10 years, I've helped my clients do their version of the same:
💰 Earn $100K+ more while working 5–10 hours/week less
✈️ Take sabbaticals in promotion years AND still get promoted
🔥 Become stronger, more confident leaders without giving their whole life to work
❤️ Actually have time to enjoy the success they've worked so hard for
I didn't stop being ambitious; I raised my standards for what success had to look like.
More money AND more time.
A career I was proud of AND a life I actually had time to enjoy.
Success without sacrificing myself to get it.
That's my sweet spot now:
I love helping ambitious professionals get more from work + life without sacrificing everything they've already worked so hard for.
I'm curious: If you raised your standards for success, what would you want more of? Money? Time? Recognition? Freedom? Something else?
Tell me in the comments. ⤵️

This photo is real. But it’s not the whole story.
Did I have beautiful moments to myself by the pool? YES. ☀️
Did I also have a baby in tow who sometimes refused to go down, had her own agenda and couldn’t care less about mine? 100%. 🤣
Both can be true.
Life is 50/50.
But our brains have a funny way of taking one hard moment and turning it into “everything is hard.”
One bad morning becomes a bad day.
One frustrating week becomes nothing is going right.
Meanwhile, there’s usually a whole other 50% we’re forgetting to count.
Where are you doing that right now? Zoom out. What else is also true?
PS Check out the last image. What word do you see?? Comment below! (Hint: there’s more than 1 option) ⤵️

I wake up every morning genuinely wanting to be the best coach my clients have ever hired.
The best investment they’ve ever made in themselves.
NOT the nicest coach.
NOT the coach who tells them what they want to hear.
The coach who helps them see what they can’t see, says the uncomfortable thing they’ve been avoiding, and helps them get where they want to go faster than they ever thought possible.
Because most of my clients already have good lives.
They have successful careers. They make good money. They have families they love. They’ve accomplished things they’re really proud of.
And sometimes, that’s exactly what makes change so hard.
When life is good, taking a risk feels...risky.
- What if you ask for the promotion and regret it?
- What if you leave the job and the next one is worse?
- What if you set the boundary and p**s someone off?
- What if you work less and lose everything you worked so hard to build?
So you stay.
And “good” quietly becomes the thing standing between you and extraordinary.
I’m not interested in blowing up your life for the sake of change.
I’m interested in helping you get really clear about what you want, what it’s going to take to get there, and then making the strategic moves to create it.
More money AND more time.
The career AND the family.
Success AND actually getting to enjoy it.
Will I always tell you what you want to hear?
ABSOLUTELY NOT.
Do I care if that makes me the most popular coach in the room?
Also no.
I care about being the best at what I do.
And making sure working with me is one of the best investments you ever make in yourself.

Does anyone in my community know who's standing next to me in this photo?? (Comment below before you see my answer!)
Once upon a time, I didn't know anything about cars... but then I married a car-obsessed guy.
His online dating profile had XK8 in it, which I thought was jibberish, but it was referring to Jaguar. 🙃
He would rent "cool" cars when we travelled...
Then it was the occasional cars & coffee...
Then he got into F1...
Then he started driving, racing and collecting luxury cars.
So last month when I was at AICPA's Interchange Conference, I was surprised to find myself excited to meet Kanaan, Team Principal of McLaren (and former IndyCar 500 champ).
And of course he didn't disappoint.
Tony was the most humble guy. Kind and easy to get along with. We talked about cars, travel and life.
I must say, after 12+ years of indirect training by my husband, I held my own. 🤣
It was an interesting moment to see myself fan-girling over a IndyCar driver when I didn't know what a Porsche was when we first met.
Anyone else pick up an inadvertent hobby as a result of a spouse, kid, family member or close friend? I'd love to hear your story.
