This is the smile I have when I hear my clients are doing the hard things and conquering their fears.
I love supporting them, it brings me so much joy, because I know how hard it feels, I know how scary it can be, I know how debilitating it is.

What if the answers that you are looking for found by looking inward and not outward.

It isn't easy.
To choose to face your fears, to heal yourself, to say no.
It isn't easy to set boundaries, put yourself first, and listen to your gut.
It isn't easy, especially when you are used to putting others first, over-giving, and stretching yourself thin...
And if someone out there is selling you an easy fix, a quick method, and a one-day solution, I would say - run in the opposite direction.
Yes, this work is not easy but is not impossible.
Especially when you have a coach by your side.
Someone that has been there, done that, and took photos.
I know that right now it feels impossible, it feels hard, but I promise you there is another way of living.
One that you have only experienced in your dreams.
Let's partner up to face your fears and conquer them.

I am guessing is something you avoid.

WHAT IF
Something that I hear often in my calls with clients is WHAT IF
What if it doesn’t work out?
What if I am uncoachable?
What if it’s too late for me?
What if it’s too late?
We always go to the worst and most negative what ifs and today I want to ask you...
What if
❤️ you heal
❤️ it all works out
❤️ you find joy
❤️ you end up trusting yourself
❤️ you fall in love with yourself

This is one of my favorite quotes, during some of my worst moments with anxiety I would just go to it...
I READ IT OVER AND OVER.
And I thought...
if I have to die anyway let’s laugh.
I had nothing loose.
He reminded me how joyful and positive I was before the fear hit me.
I started to force myself to laugh - I wanted to laugh at least once per day as he said.
In the beginning it did not work at all.
But a few days later I went for a walk with my dog when I saw a woman stumbling over her own feet.
In this second I started to laugh out loud and I could not stop for minutes.
I did not care if I laughed about someone else or not, I was just so happy to be able to laugh.
Luckily the woman was fine.
Years later I would have loved to thank her.
This moment was so emotional and mind shifting for me.
It is your choice how you set your mindset.
But you can always push yourself to the positive side.
This is actually your real power.
Is it hard to laugh for you?

What if putting yourself first is ACTUALLY the way?
As a leader, you feel immense pressure to be perfect and look after everyone else but yourself.
