This title reflects partnerships I aim to build within the community by designing programs that help introduce the next generation to careers focused on innovation and local initiatives. Here are some photos from the NJSBA STEAM Tank event. I had the opportunity to serve as one of the judges and the team captain. These high school seniors demonstrated significant talent in scientific innovation, with the potential to contribute to our country's global competitiveness as entrepreneurs. It was professional experience, resembling being in a boardroom. I extend my gratitude to New Jersey School Boards Association and the Military for presenting the awards. It was insightful to observe the inventions alongside their teachers and other judges.

2025 has been a slight rebranding year for me as I switched from Wilson Career Readiness to Wilson Career Pathway (WCPC). The term pathway makes more sense because it reflects my mission to combine industry projects with educational programs. Higher education plays a critical role in economic development. Students train for careers and earn credentials that will make them competitive in the global market.
