The movement to change the age of criminal responsibilty in New York is being tackled by the Redefining Juvenile Justice Club (Chapter) at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. This chapter was established, in collaboration with the New York Center for Juvenile Justice, in response to the broken juvenile justice system in New York State.
