EAMA mourns the passing the great composer Professeur Michel Merlet.
Long-time faculty member of EAMA; he inspired hundreds of young composers with his craft, sensitivity, and wit.
We send our most sincere condolences to his family.
He will be dearly missed.

Introducing the EAMA Resident String Quartet for Summer 2026!
The ensemble will be reading, coaching, performing, and recording works written this summer by EAMA student composers.
They will also collaborate with the Chamber Music program performing concerts throughout the month, Prof. Emile Naoumoff, director.
