Question… what do you think the difference between customer service hours and operating hours are? Customer service hours are the hours we are available to take take your calls, emails, chats on messenger, etc. Operating hours are the hours that the service is being provided.

After the loss of my brother last February I was really struggling mentally. So I shut down in November and went to live in Maryland. Beautiful country so quiet and serene. Then in the end of December my father went into hospice only made it a week and died. It has really been a trying time for me and my family. I left Maryland in the middle of February I’m feeling good and I’m opening Kid Taxi back up and it will be the best it’s ever been. I had a lot of angry parents that just couldn’t understand but I knew what was happening therefore I chose to take a mental health break and I’ll be better for it. I thank my sister for everything.
