⛳️ Tuesday was more than a day on the course! It was a day of connection, community, and giving back as we celebrated Allied Resources Group (ARG) and its 5th Annual Golf Tournament, benefiting HealthCorps. 💚

We’re incredibly grateful to ARG for choosing to support HealthCorps and for bringing its corporate partners, colleagues, and community supporters together in support of our mission.

At HealthCorps, we believe every young person deserves the tools and support to take charge of their health and well-being. Through our school and community-based programming, we help teens build healthy habits, strengthen their mental and physical wellness, and become positive change-makers in their communities.

Thank you to Co-Founder of Allied Resources Group and HealthCorps Board Member, Linda Zatlin, ARG and everyone who participated in this year’s tournament for helping us continue this important work.

This September, HealthCorps students are turning remembrance into action.

As part of HealthCorps Students Honor First Responders for 9/11 Day, students across participating regions will assemble care kits, create handwritten appreciation cards, and deliver them to local fire stations in observance of the September 11 National Day of Service and Remembrance.

Together, these acts of service are a meaningful way to thank the first responders who protect our communities every day.

Follow along on our participating regional Instagram accounts in Cleveland, Northern Arizona, Philadelphia, Chickasaw Nation, Oklahoma City, Phoenix, and Tucson as they share moments of service, gratitude, and community impact.

We're proud to participate with support from 9/11 Day and AmeriCorps through the Youth Engagement Grants for 9/11 Day program. 💙

What a night! 🎉

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the HealthCorps Corner during University of Maryland Medical Center’s (UMMC) National Night Out last Tuesday! We were honored to be invited to participate in this annual celebration alongside fellow community organizations.

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that brings neighbors, community organizations, and law enforcement together to strengthen relationships and create safer communities. At the HealthCorps Corner, families enjoyed healthy DIY trail mix and giveaways, karaoke, face painting, free bike repairs, health screenings, and more!

We were especially grateful to be joined by Dr. Rodney J. Taylor, MD, MSPH, Chair of Otorhinolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS) and a valued member of our HealthCorps Board of Directors, as well as Dr. Sophia Rudisill Holmes, Director of Mentoring and Adult Relationships at Baltimore City Public Schools, and Ashley Visco, Senior Director of Community Health at UMMS.

A heartfelt thank you to UMMC for the invitation, our proud partner UMMS, our community partners, and everyone who joined us. We're grateful to everyone who helped make the evening so special and look forward to continuing to build healthier, stronger communities together! ✨

Congratulations to The Chickasaw Nation on breaking ground for the Chickasaw Nation Health Newcastle Medical Center, which will become one of the largest First American hospitals in the U.S. 💙

HealthCorps was honored to be part of this historic groundbreaking alongside Chickasaw Nation leadership, partners, and community members. Home to one of HealthCorps’ Oklahoma regions, the Chickasaw Nation continues to lead by expanding access to high-quality, culturally responsive healthcare.

The new medical center will expand access to emergency care, maternal and pediatric services, behavioral health, dental care, and more, strengthening healthcare access for more than 100,000 First Americans in the region.

At HealthCorps, we’re proud to partner with schools and communities throughout the Chickasaw Nation, empowering young people to build healthier futures. Milestones like this remind us that building healthier communities starts with investing in both healthcare and the next generation.

HealthCorps congratulates Chris Anoatubby on his swearing-in as Governor of the Chickasaw Nation.

As he begins this new chapter of leadership, we wish him continued success in carrying forward the Chickasaw Nation's commitment to enhancing the quality of life for its citizens.

We also extend our sincere gratitude to Governor Bill Anoatubby for nearly 40 years of service and leadership. Since 2013, HealthCorps has been proud to partner with the Chickasaw Nation, and we are deeply grateful for Governor Anoatubby's longstanding support of our mission and his commitment to improving the health and well-being of young people.
