I lost a little more faith in humanity last night. My mom always told me we all put on our pants the same way, one leg at a time, and to keep that in mind when people thought they were better. As they said, more money doesn't make you a better person!! No one, and I mean no one, is better than anyone, and my heart is sad for those who think they are. No matter how big your house is, how new your car is, or how much money is in your bank account, we all bleed red and will eventually disappear from this earth. Death does not discriminate, and neither should your life. Be kind to other. We're all here to serve. Stop the power to stumble. Your oversized ego or your title won't get you anywhere. Be humble and kind! Very few will read this far, but if you’re genuine, I challenge you to copy. Most won't because they're the type of people I'm talking about.

I remember being broke for Christmas one year after food shopping and paying the bills and wrote a post dated check to make sure I could provide a good Christmas for my family. I’ve lived as high and as low as it’s possible to go. There were times I’d put $10 worth of gas in my tank and other times $50. I’ve had $5 to just feed myself and I’ve also had $200 to go out to eat. I’ve had a house full of food and times I didn’t have any. I’ve been in stores cashing out with no worries and I’ve also had to add it up and put things back on the shelf. I’ve paid my bills in full and I’ve had to pay them late too. I’ve given money and I too have had to ask for it.
We all have highs and lows in life. Some certainly more than others, but we are all just trying to make it.
No one is better than anyone else and my heart is sad for those people who think that they are. No matter how big your house is, how new your car is, or how much money sits in your bank account - we all bleed red and will eventually fade from this earth. Death has no discrimination and neither should your life.
Be kind to others. We are all here to serve. Stop the power tripping. Your oversized ego won’t get you anywhere.

Welp, since TCI have been closed down in 2017 for lack of payback on student loans This is just the latest regarding lawsuits. It's been a moment since I've posted anything on here.

Yet money talks but the NRA - National Rifle Association of America and the government is not doing enough to protect society from gun violence. We need to take action now! Taking a moment of silence will not bring back these students and especially since Columbine High School. It seems like there's more and more school shootings since Columbine High School, unfortunately nothing is being done to prevent another school shooting or another shooting in general. Media is blaming these unguided individuals for acting out against bullying.

An early look at Saturday's front...

Okay, I need to VENT!!!!!!! Because I'M MAAAAD!!! 😡 I just went to the store to pick up a few things. I'm waiting in the 15 items or less line and I dropped a $20 bill (yep that's me trying to hold everything, because I didn't want a cart). The lady in front of me picked it up. I thanked her and held my hand out, and she said, "The things found on earth are kept by the collector," and walks away. (?!?!?!?!)

I was like ummm NO!!! I looked at the person behind me standing in line, they couldn't believe it either.... This can't be real life right now, right?!

So I took a deep breath and I turned back towards the lady/thief/or whatever you wanna call her and as I approached her, I said, "Do I look like I'm in the mood?! Let's not play games. Please, give me back my money."

She had the nerve to ignore me completely and TRIED to walk away from me... SOOOOO, of course I left everything and followed her into the parking lot as I was calling the police (because of course somebody's about to go to jail... not sure who at this point though, her or me). She was almost running at this point to get away from me, which was the first sign of real intelligence this lady had shown. When she got to her car she put her bags on the ground trying to quickly get her trunk open.

I was boiling at this point! I decided that her “finders keepers" rule just presented the perfect opportunity for a great teachable moment... SO... I went into track star mode and ran full speed, and grabbed her grocery bags, and headed to my car yelling, "The things found on earth are kept by the collector!"

I hopped in my car ignoring her every attempt to get my attention. I was out of line I'll admit, but she was, too. I was HOT, but I had a sense of satisfaction at the same time. Lemme say this, anyone who knows me knows that, as an adult, I've never stolen anything so this is completely out of character for me. But anyway, I get home and open the bags and what did I find?

- 3 packs of rib eye steaks,

- 3 pounds of wild caught salmon,

- 2 pounds of potatoes.

Everything to make an amazing dinner!

And...

A bottle of Wine.

I can't help but think to myself... WOW! Not bad for $20 dollars! 😂 😂 😂
