Project Pericles joins hundreds of partners to celebrate National Voter Education Week (“NVEW”), a digital campaign to equip communities with all of the information they need to be informed, confident, and prepared voters!

Resources from NVEW are featured in the Project Pericles Voting Modules (https://www.projectpericles.org/voting-modules.html) a free online curricular resource for faculty to incorporate voter education and deliberative dialogue into courses across the curriculum.

We are thrilled that The Arthur Vining Davis Foundations (AVDF) has awarded $300,000 to Project Pericles to support a new Periclean Faculty Leadership (PFL)™ Program in STEM and Social Sciences.
In collaboration with community partners, Periclean Faculty Leaders (PFLs) will create new courses across STEM and Social Sciences that incorporate community-based projects addressing grand challenges: Climate Change, Education Access, Immigration, Mass Incarceration, Public Health, Race and Inequality, and Voter Engagement.

Five student finalist teams passionately discuss innovative policy proposals addressing education access, eldercare abuse prevention, immigrant worker rights, universal healthcare, and women's health. The hearing was part of our 2019 D4D National Conference in NYC, hosted by Eugene Lang College at The New School.
