A lot of people ask what โimproving educationโ actually means in practice.
For us, itโs pretty concrete: supporting teachers, strengthening school leadership, and making sure students are building foundational literacy and numeracy skills.
Thatโs the work.

Mentorship in action across our schools ๐
Students who completed our primary program are now returning to mentor younger girls, creating spaces for connection, encouragement, and growth. Through mentorship sessions, students build confidence, engage in open conversations, and support one another as they navigate challenges both inside and outside the classroom.
These peer-led sessions remind us that education is about more than academics. Itโs about supporting the whole student and helping young people thrive. ๐ฑ๐
A special thank you to Together Women Rise for supporting this pilot as part of our broader project to strengthen opportunities and support for girls.
