SPRING & SUMMER 2026 PAID INTERNSHIPS
We are seeking motivated and qualified candidates with strong competency in research methods and contact management systems to support work in Marketing, Education, Audience Development, PR & Media Relations, Fundraising, Sales, and Special Events for Arts & Culture / Entertainment–related clientele.
We welcome candidates with prior experience in the Arts & Culture / Entertainment industry, as well as individuals with no formal experience who bring a deep passion for the arts and education, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
We prefer U.S.-based candidates, though we are open to discussing EU-based candidates who already possess valid and independent work authorization. There are no age restrictions.
Please note: We are unable to offer visa or work authorization sponsorship for this role.
Commitment Requirements
• Spring 2026 Internship
• Start: February 2026 (pending completion of onboarding and academic paperwork)
• Minimum 3-month commitment
• Summer 2026 Internship
• Start: May or June 2026 (flexible based on availability and program needs)
Weekly Commitment Options (for both terms):
• 20 hours per week (remote), Monday–Friday
OR
• 15 hours remote + 5 hours on-site per week
• Availability to cover at least one Saturday or Sunday per month, depending on AWB events

✨ Following the Steps of Don Quijote: Experiential Learning in Spanish & Performing and Visual Arts ✨
We are thrilled to share that Art Without Borders New York is developing a new interdisciplinary educational initiative for undergraduate and graduate students in the U.S.:
This program combines Castilian Spanish language mastery with performing and visual arts, inviting participants to explore Cervantes’ timeless classic Don Quijote through its influence on visual arts, ballet, theater, and film. Students will engage in readings, hands-on workshops, and curated cultural experiences, using language and creativity as tools for expression and intercultural understanding.

Art Without Borders NYC is seeking American teachers (based in the U.S. & Spain) who specialize in English + Performing / Visual Arts for our Summer Abroad 2026 program, welcoming Spanish students visiting the U.S. and American students visiting Spain.
We are also looking for Bilingual (English–Spanish) teachers with academic training and experience in the Arts for our annual virtual program, Arts & Foreign Languages.
Disciplines covered:
• Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Theater Dance, Flamenco — all levels
• American Drama (Acting & History)
• Musical Theater (Acting & History)
• Art History
📍 Program Locations: New York & Barcelona

The first phase invites undergraduate and graduate students in the U.S. to explore Cervantes’ classic Don Quijote through readings in Spanish, creative workshops, and curated cultural experiences that connect language and imagination.
Students will develop their skills in Castilian Spanish while discovering how Don Quijote has influenced visual arts, ballet, theater, and film — from Picasso’s interpretations to stage adaptations around the world.
