He originally went to college to play basketball but officially made the switch after his freshman year. Coming from a big family of athletes in North Dakota, Leif has tons of experience coaching and is looking forward to working with the next generation of athletes while he preps for Olympic qualification!

Welcome .gugs to the CoachU family! Laura started doing track her freshman year of high school to stay in shape during the off-season of softball. Within 1 year of starting, Laura’s track career was off to the races as she pursed it full time. Laura loves the science behind running and does a ton of research on all techniques she implements. She’s super excited to help the next generation of track stars build their own scientific edge!

After an incredibly successful career for the NC State Wolfpack, including being top-5 all time in 2 different statistics, Jade is now part of the Jamaican national team! Welcome our first track and field coach .jacksonnn to the CoachU family! Julia didn’t start running track until her FRESHMAN year of high school but in 4 short years was breaking records (or falling JUST short of the olympians who held them) in her events. Julia had great success her freshman year, which included a “viral moment” which she can now look back on with a smile. An EMT and on the pre-med track Julia is a dedicated student athlete who is pumped to help the next generation of track stars reach their full potential!

Kylie is an incredibly decorated volleyball player and student who has played every single position on the court at some point during her career! Welcome our second volleyball coach and second blue devil to the CoachU family! Rachel traveled all around the country and was also a track star (3x state champ!) before going to Duke for volleyball where she’s had great success. Although she’s undersized for her position she’s able to use her athleticism and mental toughness to continue achieving at the collegiate level. Rachel is thrilled to have an opportunity to invest in the next generation and ensure they feel like they’re working towards something special!

As a top ranked goalie growing up he suffered a potentially career ending injury his senior year. He’s since battled back and is playing in college. Lundon is so excited to share his story, perspective and love for the game with the next generation of athletes!

Chase grew up playing football at some of the best high schools in the country and carried that experience with him to New Haven where his first THREE catches all went for a touchdown, totaling 100 yards.
