ANAHATA SESSIONS • Monday, May 11 at 7PM

During this Anahata Session healing evening, we gather to honor the enlightenment of the Buddha, celebrated as Wesak—a sacred time of awakening, renewal, and deepened presence. Together, we will be gently guided into the practice of chanting simple yet powerful mantras, allowing the mind to settle, the heart to open, and the inner being to clear and realign. Through these shared vibrations, we extend peace not only within ourselves, but outward into the collective field.

This Wednesday, April 29 at 7PM with gratitude and reverence, we welcome Maestro Domingo Días Porta and Maria Guadalupe Abundis de Días to North America for a special time of shared presence and learning. 🌱

This gathering is an invitation into sacred community — a space where wisdom is not delivered from a stage, but woven through dialogue, listening, and sincere exchange. Together, we will reflect on what it means to cultivate peace and community as a living practice.
