Between yoga I climb, between climbing I do yoga.
My shoulders need both, the flexibility and the strenght
1. Weighted hangs
- also possible as assited hangs
2. weighted shoulder opening with lats
3. Shoulder shrugs in side blank
4. hanging circling

Update: Morning routine
Pranayama, ICE Bath, Rope Jump, Yoga
Still kinda same setup like the last years but adding things here and there. ICE bath in front of my flat. Red light at home. Almost feeling like a bio hacking hipster.
I have added the rope jumps (300-500 jumps) to gain more power in my feet and to WARM UP
The Pranayama and Yoga is still the same and i change it every day according to my needs. From 5’ resonance breath to 40 min full program with cleansing. And the Yoga varies a lot too. Sometimes playing around with bands and blocks to activate the muscles I normally dont use.
