Public speaking is something I never thought I would be able to do. Ten years ago, I couldn’t imagine standing on a stage and sharing my experiences.

In this talk, I explained how freediving helped me cultivate a growth mindset and step out of my comfort zone. Freediving marked the beginning of my personal transformation.

From someone with low confidence and self-esteem, it helped me grow, overcome my fears, gain confidence, and become more present and mindful.

I challenge all of you to find your own version of Freediving to push your boundaries and step out of your comfort zone.
