A little perspective: In this video, when I say one right answer can move you 50 places on the list, I’m speaking from my own experience with a prior examination and eligible list, where a difference of only two points corresponded with a difference of more than 60 positions. Every examination and eligible list is different, so this is not a formula or a guarantee of any particular movement in rank. I share it simply to show how much even a small difference in score can potentially matter.

There comes a point in exam preparation when the question changes.

“We’re one month away. So we have to cram, cram, cram…” ❌

One month out can create an enormous amount of pressure to do more, move faster, and cram in everything you haven’t gotten to yet.
