Currently on the market in Bedford for under half a million dollars, this home inspired my latest cottage makeover. Using AI to bring my vision to life, I added soft shingle siding, architectural trim, a warm wood front door, a more welcoming porch and staircase, and fresh landscaping with hydrangeas and a curved stone walkway.

This is a design concept to show what a redesign could look like—not existing improvements or approved plans. All my clients have access to my trusted local architects, contractors, and attorneys to help understand the full scope of costs, local building codes, and required approvals before moving forward.

I was asked to reimagine this house and show what a thoughtful renovation could look like. Using AI to bring my ideas to life, I extended the front porch, updated the exterior with classic shingles, refreshed the entry and added new landscaping.
Same house. Completely different first impression. This is one of my favorite ways to use AI in real estate—helping buyers see beyond what’s there today and visualize what a home could become.

Sometimes buyers don’t need a different house—they just need a different vision. A buyer client originally saw this Eastchester home and overlooked it because the curb appeal just wasn’t there. So I reimagined it: weathered gray shingles, a more cohesive roofline, charming dormers, a welcoming front porch, updated lighting, a new front door and softer, more natural landscaping.

This home is currently listed in Ardsley and has so much potential. The bottom “after” has a few thoughtful exterior updates — a standing-seam metal roof, warmer glass front door, fresh lighting and new landscaping with smaller trees, shrubs and flowers — completely update the look without changing the character of the home. And here’s what makes this property especially interesting: it’s a fixer-upper with an attached buildable lot, creating possibilities well beyond the existing house. The above home is currently on the market in White Plains. The bottom concept photo is a great example of how a few relatively simple updates can completely change the way you see a home. Fresh Nantucket-style shingles, a more open and welcoming front porch, updated landscaping and a cleaner coastal palette give this home an entirely new feel—without changing its footprint.
