Join Me at Women’s Wellness Lab – April 23
I’m so excited (and honored) to be part of Women’s Wellness Lab on April 23, 2026, happening in Lafayette, CA.
This is not a sit-and-listen wellness event. It’s an intimate, science-forward evening designed for real conversations with trusted experts around longevity, hormones, skin, metabolism, relationships, aging well — without the fluff.
I’ll be there teaching the Alexander Technique, supporting women in learning practical tools they can use in everyday life, and I can’t wait to share this evening with you.💛 To make this event more accessible, I’ve sponsored a very limited number of Community Tickets available for just $22.
🎟 You can also use my code LENA for 10% off any ticket.
If you’ve been waiting for a more honest, informed, and empowering conversation about women’s health — this is it.

As Valentine’s Day approaches, it’s a perfect time to remember that caring for your heart isn’t just emotional—it’s physical too.
The Alexander Technique helps release unnecessary tension in the neck, shoulders and chest—allowing easier breathing, better posture, and a freer, more supported heart space.
This month, let self-care be the love language. 💕Small changes in awareness can make a big difference in how you feel—inside and out.

Tension is learned. Ease can be learned too. New choices in posture, movement, and response are possible. To learn more and find a teacher today check out our website! (Link in comments below)

Meal prep is a practice — not just of cooking, but of how you use yourself while you cook. 🍽️✨
Notice the difference:
✔️ Allowing your neck to be free
✔️ Letting your head balance easily on top of your spine
✔️ Breathing and Expanding as you reach, chop, and stand at the counter
When we rush or “power through,” excess tension creeps in — shoulders hike, the neck compresses, breathing gets shallow. The Alexander Technique helps you pause, notice habits you’re choosing, and reorganize so everyday activities (like meal prep!) feel lighter, more efficient, and more comfortable.
Good posture isn’t something to hold — it’s something that emerges when you stop interfering.
Mindful cooking = less strain, more ease, and a body that still feels good when the meal is done.
💬 Want help learning what moving freely without excess tension actually feels like?
Send me a DM or email me at [email protected] — I’d love to support you.
