Participating in a moment of spring color, inside and outside. The moment does not have to be perfect to be appreciated. It’s all about finding a window of tolerance. Honoring nature, we honor ourselves. And vice versa.

I visited my grandkids in Chicago last week. They had grown so much since I last saw them. 🦋 Everything grows and changes. Love is the constant ❤️. I’m back from my travels and teaching my regular 12:30 ISHTA class today. Hope to see you there.

In between where we’ve come from and where we’re going there is a little pause. We don’t have to get in front of it. We don’t have to make a spreadsheet. We just have to feel in our body that there is a way to go forward into the new breath that we haven’t yet discovered. :30
