Climate change poses a serious threat to our living and working environments. Drastic measures are urgently needed, but we must go beyond the profit-driven solutions being promoted by mainstream climate advocates. “Green” developers like JDS along with other developers have proposed to build four more mega-towers next to the existing Extell tower at the Two Bridges waterfront. Come to our discussion on Monday, January 13, 6pm at Abrons Arts Center to learn more about the fight against climate policies and the on-going anti-displacement organizing at Chinatown and the Lower East Side.
