This year, Plumptre Advisory facilitated our Prefects’ Leadership Training, guiding our learners through a full day of growth, reflection, and hands-on leadership practice.👍

At the end of the session, the team lead shared a heartfelt reflection about our prefects—their respect for one another, the way they listened, how they led, and the grace with which they handled their tasks. She also highlighted the intentional role our teachers played in supporting and modelling the right behaviours throughout the day.👏👏

Leadership begins with small steps… and this week, our 2025–2026 Prefects took an unforgettable one! 🌟

With the expert guidance of the team from Advisory, our prefects from both Lekki and Alaka campuses enjoyed a full day of learning—group discussions, practical tasks, teamwork, and powerful self-reflection.

Each learner ended the day by writing a personal leadership pledge, capturing the kind of leader they aspire to be.
