Nonna Graziella vi mostra la ricetta dei suoi spaghetti alla San Giuvanidd (San Giovannino) E ricordatevi gli spaghetti non si spezzano mai! 🤪 INGREDIENTI per 5 persone 500 grammi di spaghetti 400 grammi di pomodori ciliegino 1 spicchio di aglio Due cucchiai di capperi 10 acciughe sott’olio 10 olive denocciolate Olio quanto basta PREPARAZIONE Mettete la pasta a cuocere nell’acqua bollente. In un padella mettere olio, aglio e le acciughe. Quando le acciughe si saranno sciolte aggiungere i pomodori. “Cazzate” i pomodori per far uscire il sugo. Aggiungete olive e capperi, spegnete la fiamma. Scolate gli spaghetti un minuto primo della cottura definitiva e aggiungeteli in padella con il sugo. Aggiungete un mestolo di acqua si cottura e accedente la fiama finchè la pasta non si sarà amalgamata al sugo. #fornosantacaterina #altamura #panedialtamura #puglia #pugliafood
