Are you too much?
I was just told by my friend that “I penetrated his thick skin”
I wonder how I was able to do that?
What he really meant, was that
I’m “too much “, “too loud “, “too exited“, “too this and that
You know what!
I AM! And? What does he want me to do about it?
Become TOO LITTLE?

“Should“… is a poisonous word
Seems such an innocent word, but it’s a poison to good soul
I should have been farther along
“I SHOULD already be married and had kids“
“I should already be thinner “, etc
Any time it comes up in your brain
Check your emotional state
The yaks, sour, low grade depressive/disappointing feelings of ‘’should’’
Here is what you do
Each time your brain wants to “should “ you
Just say “ I am THINKING I should be this and that or doing this or that

Reverse Engineering Goals
When you set a huge goal, dont start with a How to get there
Trick your brain
Imagine or pretend that its already happened
Picture every detail of your future self who achieved the goal
How you look, how you are dressed, where do you live, etc
Pay attention on how you feel
Remember
The brain doesn't know any difference between reality and a dream.
More time you spend in the future, the more you embody that future you,
and more ways or hows are opening for you in the present.
Try this for 2 weeks and see the magic happen!
