When it comes to his particular coaching style, Coach Gianluca puts the needs of the player first and foremost: "I ask them, what would they like to learn today, because it's not about us, it's about the player." 🙌

“Any progress is progress,” says Coach Nathalia. "I understand the need to win and how nice it is to win big competitions and everything, but if you're not having fun, it really doesn't really have a point.”
Coach Nathalia doesn’t have the loudest voice on the pitch, but when she speaks to her students in the BetterPlayer program, they stop and listen. And there are a lot of students who want to train with her. “That's the best feeling, for sure,” she says.
