Hi, friends! To those who are new to my feed, welcome! If you’ve been following me here for a while, I’m sure there’s a bunch you know about my life already since I'm always on stories, but I like to take some time every now and again to (re)introduce myself. This time, I’m going to share 3 things that hardly anyone knows (yes, I still have a few secrets!): 1. I am so afraid of mice. I'm all of 5'2" tall and I will jump clear on a table if I see a tiny mouse run across the floor. They're just not my jam. .2. I would say that I am bordering on a makeup addiction. It's eased off over the years, for sure after donating 5 huge boxes to a nonprofit women's shelter ... but believe me I am on the Ulta and Sephora websites every week when they update and I am still on all of my favorite brand's mailing lists. To further that fact, if I wasn't doing this, I'd be a cosmetologist. 3. I can find a song for any occasion. You tell me how you're feeling, and I can find the perfect song to go with what you've described to me. Okay, enough about me! Now it’s your turn to share your secrets in the comments below!

Happy Monday & World Mental Health Day! I'm SUPER excited to announce that I'm now contributing 10% net profit (quarterly) for the rest of the year to a mental health charity. PLEASE comment with a link and let me know of organizations doing this important work, Also - In case you’re having a rough day, just remember: Michael Jordan was cut from the high school basketball team and it took Thomas Edison over 1,000 attempts to finally arrive at the invention of the light bulb. SURELY then, we can handle a regular Monday! Remember, we've survived them all so far. Since today is World Mental Health Day, I wanted to take a moment to shine a light on how important mental health is - we all need to do a better job ending the stigma around mental health. It's something that has impacted most of us in one way or another.

Let’s be fair… If we’re going to have to spend 1/7th of our entire lives on Monday, we should start treating it a little better. I’m pumped I got to finish my group coach planning (which is launching 10/10 - on World Mental Health Day, so here’s to starting this workweek like a total boss! This week, my top priority is getting people who want transformational results into my coaching containers and I’m going to reward myself with a disconnected from technology day on Sunday when I finish. I did something today that scared the sh-t out of me. I (finally) published my first podcast episode. It's far from perfect. It has minimal editing. But I had an intuitive hit today that today was the day to get out of my excuses and just start. So here it is, in all of it's glory. *Still pending approval on Apple Podcast, but the approvals are coming in from the 8 other directories pretty quickly.*
