As a Policy Advisor, Lauren leads efforts at the intersection of food access and health, tackling issues like Food as Medicine, chronic disease prevention, and food insecurity across NYC. Raised in Harlem, her passion for health equity runs deep, with experience in SNAP policy, urban agriculture, and federal nutrition programs.
