Reality is that in a Computer Science class of 30 people only 4 of those people will be females. The Cyberspace needs women.

Organizations and individuals need to discard the view that women won’t deliver as expected, or that some tech roles are not suitable for women. By doing this, the level of bias reduces and the hiring process improves.

Our data is the most valuable asset we own. It is extremely important to protect it.

Always keep up with your devices updates. Have a double identification factor for all your accounts. Don’t use the same password for all your accounts and change them at least once a year. Make sure your password does not contain any personal information.

These are just some good practices to have to keep your data safe.

Log4j is a chunk of code that helps software applications keep track of their past activities.
A few weeks ago, the cybersecurity community realized that by simply asking the program to log a line of malicious code, it would execute that code in the process, effectively letting bad actors grab control of servers that are running log4j.
