Overcome with gratitude after teaching my signature “Voice and Body Warm-Up” workshop to an intimate group of amazing women. Getting to lead it during a weekend retreat in the Hudson valley = absolute perfection! 😍🌲
This was especially meaningful because it was a Jewish women’s retreat. I got to tailor my workshop to fit some of the themes we were exploring that weekend around our connection to Judaism- a first! Sisterhood is so, SO important and it was beautiful to explore as a group how singing and movement can be healing and also a big source of spiritual connection as well 🩵✡️🩵
I also talk about the AirBnb’s lit amenities (SAUNA) and what I’ve been doing these days!
Thank you, thank you so much Allie for inviting me, and thankful that the universe threw me such a fun-filled weekend unexpectedly. Thanks to all the ladies I met for the many laughs 😄

Love new challenges!! My long-time friend Peter has joined a musical group that writes songs and jams together. He’s taking this opportunity to dive into strengthening his voice as well as his musical skills!!!
It is SO inspiring to see people invest in themselves, not to mention the myriad of health benefits regular sing brings! 💪💪💪

SO exciting!! Our most recent new student, Radu, is learning how to read music!! Though he has just begun studying voice, he is progressing so quickly and was open to starting with classical music in Italian! It is a joy to impart the lessons about technique I learned back in high school and fuse them with the knowledge I now have about somatics and the body. Who knew then where my career would lead? Such fun times! My voice Magic students are so inspiring! 🎼🎤⭐️

HAPPY 18th BIRTHDAY TO OUR SHINING STAR LEX!!!! It has been an ABSOLUTE pleasure to watch you grow over the years, from teaching little you in my musical theatre class, to seeing you develop into the most poised, wise, determined and all-around beautiful young lady!!!
I couldn’t be more proud of all the accolades you earned this year- acceptances to All-State Chorus, ALL-EASTERN CHORUS (!!!), the American Association of Choral Directors Eastern Regional Conference, and of course Drum Major of a team that won STATE CHAMPIONS this year!!! Holy moly!!!
But just as important as all that, I am so unbelievably proud of the person you have become. Responsible, giving, an amazing role model, and now a soon-to-be music teacher 😭😭😭
