Tomorrow PPP will hold a special father and child visit at the Westchester County Department of Correction for those men who graduated from PPP and remained in a weekly therapeutic support group for dads for the past 6 months. Anna and I are so excited to welcome their children back! Rebuilding and strengthening family connections is central to institutional and post-release success. It’s official: Anna is the Hudson Valley’s Best Large Dog! 🐶🏆 The beloved therapy dog works alongside Kimberly Collica-Cox, PhD, distinguished professor in Pace University’s Criminal Justice Department and director of Dyson College’s Jail-Based Services. Together, they support Pace students and individuals incarcerated at the Westchester County Jail through innovative animal-assisted programs.

Hudson Valley Magazine called Anna “a professional healer and a community icon” who knows exactly who “needs her wagging tail the most.”

We could not agree more. Congratulations to Anna, Dr. Collica-Cox, and everyone involved in Parenting, Prison & Pups and Puppies on the Block!
