Figured I'd take the time to reintroduce myself.

I am a certified life and career coach who loves to see her clients' goals materialize. In a nutshell, I motivate, inspire and empower women to grab their life by the lapels and take action.

Matthew 5:16 is the foundation on which Lights On Empowerment stands. It's a reminder that God doesn't want us playing small (FYI, when we work together all timidity will be thrown out the window 😁).

We have to get into the habit of prioritizing our health, rest, and peace of mind. It's okay to unplug from social media and live in real time. I sure did.
