Not to brag… but I’ve spent the last 18 months obsessing over how to make sure every person who joins my 100 Day Challenge gets more than they paid for.
Because that’s the standard now — not just a good workout plan, but freedom.
Freedom to train in a way that makes sense for your life.

Freedom to build consistency with structure that supports, not overwhelms.

I’ve rebuilt this challenge from the ground up —
refined the programming, mapped the progressions, and introduced something most programs don’t offer:

🏠At-Home Bodyweight (bands optional, minimal fuss)
🏋️ At-Home Free Weights (kettlebell or dumbbell-based)
👟 Couch to 5K (perfect for beginner runners)
🏋️‍♀️ Commercial Gym Program (focus: squat, bench, deadlift)
🌀 Hybrid Program (equal parts lifting & running)
This isn’t a cookie-cutter PDF.
It’s 12+ weeks of progressive training, a private community, structured meal planning, and direct access to me for guidance, form feedback, and support.
Only 20 spots will be released — and yes, I am keeping it that tight on purpose.
Because smaller groups = more attention, better coaching, better outcomes.
