We're so happy for our latest graduate, Judith. Hear how she went from living with migraines for decades, trying different medications (4-5 days/week), chiropractic, acupuncture and herbals with temporary relief to getting a clear understanding of what can trigger her headaches, the holistic nature of her body, getting her chronically tight shoulders to drop to barely needing any more medication.

She now has more control over her pain and is feeling great!

Heather went from living with chronic neck and shoulder pain for almost a decade that started to move up and down her back developing into daily headaches distracting her from her work and feeling uncomfortable every day, "feeling old", to feeling almost 100% RELIEF, going from a 6-7 in pain to a 1-2 in a few months, having complete control of how she feels.

Restricted movement in the rib cage is a sign of aging and can lead to unnecessary injury and pain.

We have these muscles and sinews in between the rib cage, that if not intentionally moved through exercise, can become stiff and rigid.

This is why you see so many people in their 50s 60s and 70s barely able to move their torso in a fluid, pliable, supple way.

This is totally fine if you’re looking for complications with your shoulder, back, neck and or breathing.

In this exercise, we’re taught to mobilize the rib cage in a very intentional, safe way in the upper lower parts of the thorax.

This can improve the function of your shoulders as upper back, break up restrictions around the diaphragm, improve digestion and improve mood.

This movement also has a direct influence on the sacroiliac joint and regulating the hips.

If you give this one a try, remember to relax to move and move to relax.

There should be zero pain throughout the course of the exercise.

But that doesn’t mean you may not feel some tightness and restrictions.

The key is to not fight or push through that tightness, but instead allow the body to open in its own accord and allow you to enter the space.

Especially in 8 or 9 of the exercise where your ribs and/shoulders may feel extra tight.

Maintain proper alignment throughout with the tail sinking and they crown lifting.

And BREATHE!

Here’s another amazing story of a recent graduate of our back pain training program. As a pilot and competitive cyclist, it was crucial for him to find a long-term solution for his low back.

Lana was waking up every day with a tight jaw and neck (TMJ), headaches and low grade pain.

And while so many people who struggle with these kinds of symptoms just deal with the daily discomfort, or look for someone (or something) else to treat/numb them...

..Lana took the initiative, put the work in and now those symptoms are a thing of the past.

Being the active person that she is, she wasn't willing to risk things getting worse.

In this short interview, you'll get a sense of the process that she when through and how she's feeling today!

Victoria tried "everything possible" before coming to us and getting the tools to navigate her way through her tension, back pain and stress.

I can't tell you how many people tell us via dms and calls that they just want to try it on their own first and months later haven't gone anywhere. I don't know anyone successful who just figures everything out on their own.

You have to get mentors, you have to get help, and if you're unwilling to do that you'll always get a fraction of the results that you could have had otherwise.
