Did you know that high blood pressure is often called the "silent killer"? It can quietly cause serious health issues without any noticeable symptoms. Alarmingly, 1 in 3 deaths in women is related to cardiovascular disease. So it is crucial for women to prioritize our heart health.
Let’s commit to being unapologetic about putting our health first. Regular check-ups, understanding our blood pressure, and making healthier lifestyle choices can all lead to a stronger heart and a longer life.
Let’s spread awareness and take charge of our heart health—for ourselves and the women we love! 💖
