Join us at the Brooklyn STEAM Center as we celebrate a week of fun, creativity, and school spirit from December 16–20!

🔹 Monday 12/16 – Pajama Day: Roll out of bed and show off your comfiest PJs!
🔹 Tuesday 12/17 – Teacher/Student Swap: Switch roles for the day and have some fun!
🔹 Wednesday 12/18 – Twin Day: Grab a partner and dress alike!
🔹 Thursday 12/19 – Decade Day: Throw it back with outfits from your favorite decade!
🔹 Friday 12/20 – Ugly Sweater Day: Rock your tackiest holiday sweater with pride!

The Brooklyn STEAM Center Live Production crew is getting training in Sports Broadcasting by doing sports commentating, audio mixing, video live stream and sports photography for the NYC JC Pro Basketball Competition in Harlem. STEAM is always busy by teaching the next generation the steps to working in Broadcasting.

This week, the pathway visited the in New York City and were able to understand the importance of security in the stock exchange. These students are ready!

**UPDATE** We want to congratulate all the members from the that participated in this past weekend’s Citywide competition. Our scholars placed the following:

- 1st place for Culinary Quiz Bowl
- 2nd place for Digital Cinema Production
- 2nd place for Carpenter’s assistant basic
- 3rd place for photography

As well as Ms. Poe winning Advisor of the year!

Attention Young Adults! Our last Open house for the Continuing Education Program will be held THIS SATURDAY January 20th, from 11 am to 1 pm. If you are between the ages of 18 to 21 and looking for a certification in IT, OSHA or Real Estate, then you should scan the QR code and register for one of our programs.
