Job Summary

College Nannies + Sitters is currently seeking a warm, loving, and outgoing Nanny for a family, to care for their 2-year-old. The Nanny would be responsible for safely meeting the infant’s needs, engaging the child in developmental skill activities and light cleaning duties (cleaning up after the child, dishes, etc.) The position is an evening part-time position. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 5 pm-8 pm.

Core Duties:

Prepare meals and snacks
Willingness to help with light housework would be a plus
Engage the child in age-appropriate activities
Reading with child
Child’s laundry

Qualifications and Skills

Must be passionate about working with children.
Must have at least 3 years of experience caring for children
Must have at least 3 years of experience caring for infants and toddlers
Must have long-term nanny experience
We require a nanny or direct childcare experience, three solid childcare references, and clean background screens.
Extreme reliability and dependability are essential.
CPR & First Aid training are necessary. Must be willing to get certified, if not currently certified.
Must be Covid-19 vaccinated
Recent TDAP vaccine

Help Mom with afternoon activities
Light dinner prep

Job Summary

A Brooklyn family is looking for a Full-Time nanny to support their 3-year-old son and eventually twins due late this summer. They are looking for sincere emotional intelligence, twin experience, and the ability to balance the needs of children of different ages. The ideal candidate would have a desire to genuinely partner with parents and be an extension of our values and parenting style with a calm, kind, patient demeanor. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 11 am to 6 pm to start. After the twins are born in July, the schedule will be Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities and Duties

The ideal candidate would:

- Be warm and very emotionally intelligent

- 5+ years’ experience including newborn, infant, toddler, and twins

- Familiar with or naturally disposed toward child-led/progressive care

- Be hardworking, reliable, and responsible

- Assist with meal prep for the family

- Assist with laundry for the family

- Have excellent references (3 references required)

- CPR & First Aid Certified (or willing to get certified before starting)

Core duties:

Assisting Mom with Toddler as she tends to the new twins
Meal-time (child-friendly lunch + snacks)
Possibly going to the park + walks weather permitting
Age-appropriate activities + art projects.

Job Summary:

College Nannies + Sitters is currently seeking a loving, caring and experienced Nanny for a family, to care for their 5-month-old infant. The Nanny would be responsible for safely meeting the infant’s needs, engaging the child in developmental skill activities, and light cleaning duties (cleaning up after the child, dishes, etc.) The position is full-time, and the schedule is Monday-Thursday from 8 am to 6 pm and Friday from 8 am to 3 pm.

The ideal candidate would be:

Someone caring, who will partner with us to raise our child to be kind and help instill a love of learning (engaging the child in age-appropriate learning activities)
Someone dependable, professional, on time (parents works jobs where they need to get to work on time)
Good communicator and energetic
Someone that pays attention to the child and NOT on the phone while the baby is awake

Core Duties:

Prepare meals and clean up after (ex: cooking a sweet potato and putting in the food processor, putting fruit in the food processor)
Baby’s Laundry (2-3 times per week)
Clean up after baby (Teach baby and help clean up toys when she is old enough)
Take baby to playground, library, and activities (Post COVID)
Bonus: Willing to consider traveling with family
